Noise treatments on the Regional Rail link

I have posted some videos on YouTube that explain some of the concerns with the Regional Rail Link Authority's approach to addressing noise along the Regional Rail Link. The videos demonstrate what residents have been saying. The RRLA has not considered our suggestions even though we can show they are practical.
